I got a Rock and Roll Heart - my darling.

Take a walk on the wild side” - Lou Reed.

From 1962 to 1968 Andy Warhol ran ‘The Factory’ in New York City – a collection of artsy fartsy types, junkies, and Warhol hang-a-rounds who as long as they kissed Andy’s ass and kept his interest alive had a place to hang.

As western society and it’s cities are drowning in urban decay, and the sugar pedistal on which it is build upon is melting, it’s time for The Factory 2.0 – enter The Darling House.

The Darling House is a collective of creative spirits from many walks of the sexy life: Photographers, Models, Fetishists, Painters, Writers, Burlesque Dancers, Mentalists, Gamblers, Tattoo Artists, Strippers, Escorts, Pornstars, Musicians, Designers and other Wildflowers we may collect in our journey”

It’s hard not to draw certain images inside your warp mind - once you enter the home of the darlings – images that could easily be found in the Pasolini film Salò (The 120 Days Of Sodom). But not to worry, the darlings do not dapple in the same depravity of wealthy Italian, corrupted fascist libertines.

Darling House offers you the photos, writings, eassy’s, short films and stories from: Joshua Darling, Sovereign Syre, Bastard Keith, Dastardly Dave, Darling Fritzroy, Kate Hate, George Pitts and many, many others (by the way, don’t you just love those names? It’s like a candy store, a handful of sweet candy darlings, finger licking good).

Darling House is about sexual, sensual expression – of yourself and the society that surrounds you, me and all of us, expression of sensuality from a group of people who come with each their own unique flavor and aftertaste, and it’s all right there at your finger tips and tongue.

Men Of Good Fortune” - Lou Reed.

Where Andy’s ‘Factory’ was very much about Andy and all the other people around him where mostly extra’s in the Andy show, Darling House is more of a democracy with no specific leader it would seem – there doesn’t seem to a ‘star’ in the production, other then the star you yourself might find there, and there is something for everybody; It might the beauty of Sovereign Syre, the reviews and commentary of Bastard Keith, or the photos and tales of JM Darling who has lived a life that could get Hemingway excited. No matter who you are or where you come from The Darling House is open and they will invite you in for some tea and biscuits, all you need to do is knock on their door and make sure to wipe you feet before entering – they can’t have you dragging in all the dirt that you have picked up along the way.
